Project Operations Manager

Job description is seeking a Project Operations Manager to join their friendly, vibrant and rapidly growing Project Team.

This role would sit within the Project Team, primarily managed by the Project Team Lead, with additional supervision and co-management from the Business Operations Lead.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Training, mentoring and coaching our new Project Managers (PMs) who join the project delivery team
  • Optimisation, development and feedback of new and existing processes within the PM workflow
  • Monitoring and assessing PM efficiency metrics, replicating the skills and learnings of our top performers
  • Clear, effective communication and implementation of new processes between both the PM team and the Product/Tech team, bringing in other required stakeholders where relevant
  • Training and engagement of current PMs in the Project Team, particularly through their progression in the company
  • Crafting and curating relevant, accurate and up-to-date documentation and best practice on the PM workflow for both new joiners and existing team members to use and learn from
  • Staying up-to-date with the entire PM workflow and how PMs leverage's technology
  • Ensuring consistency in new processes across the PM team
  • Optimisation and scaling of aforementioned PM processes
  • Liaison and alignment with different company functions such as the Project Team, Business Operations, Product/Tech
  • Strong oversight, alignment and championing of's overall vision and goals

  • Previous experience includes a minimum 2-3 years in positions in a project management function, people or client-orientated role, management, training or leadership, business operations function; data analytics position or expert network experience a bonus

Success in this role involves:
